Resale Certificate: (required for Florida customers)
To purchase wholesale from U.S. Apparel, LLC, you must have a valid state-issued resale license in an apparel-related industry. You must provide a signed resale certificate prior to your first order.
Minimums: No minimums on samples. All samples must be prepaid by credit card.
Shipments: Most orders ship within 24 hours. Shipments are FOB Origin.
Terms & Credit Cards: Payments are accepted by Credit Card, Cashier's Check, or Money Order. Company checks or Net terms may be accepted after an application is approved. No shipments will be made to overdue accounts; accounts with net terms that are not punctual will revert to C.O.D.
Returns: Return authorization is required for all returns. Returns and cancelled orders will be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping.
